A downloadable game

Note: This game is not meant to be taken seriously. I made this as a joke as well as to improve my programming skills.

You are a simple person looking for a job and went to work for a research facility named Mineral Research Facility. Unfortunately, you completely missed what they were housing inside: Copious numbers of nextbots.

Five Nights at Obunga is a non-profit parody off of Five Nights At Freddy's not made for any reason but to help me improve my programming skills. Go through five nights (really six but we don't talk about that) of defending yourself and the facility from the nextbots that wander it: Obunga and his crew.

This game was based off of and inspired by GMOD nextbot chases on Youtube, that being both the characters and how they act. Have fun!

I spent way too much time and effort making this game...

I think this game was very well programmed and put together, but in my opinion it wasn't very fun or scary. I can tell you have skill, I just think you need to work on creating a better game loop that's either more fun or scarier if you plan on sticking with horror games.
I made a playthrough of this if you're interested in watching.

Thanks for the feedback, it was my first attempt at a FNAF game, so I think I messed up the pacing way too much. There's a bit more going on with the last nights, but I agree that the first couple of nights feel like a severe drag to play. Heck, it's enough to bore me as well, hence why I haven't tried playing through the entire game after I tested it once.

I wasn't trying to make this too scary (since it is based on next-bots), though I probably could have done more with the project, and I agree with loads of the points you give in your video. I'll take them into consideration if I attempt to make a sequel to the game.

Thanks!

No worries, thanks for checking the video out! Even if it's not a sequel to this, I hope your future games do well!

you're going to be in my collection
